Scope of Works
- Full strip-out of the existing bathroom and substrate preparation.
- Stud build-out and recessed detailing to house the concealed WC cistern.
- Carpentry and drylining for the bespoke MDF wall panelling and tile-skirting detail.
- Re-routed waste and supply plumbing to suit the new bath, vanity and WC positions.
- First-fix electrics including new IP-rated ceiling and lighting components to current regulations.
- Waterproofing to the bath/shower area, then chequerboard floor tiling and marble-effect wall tiling.
- Installation of the oak vanity, wall-hung WC, bath with overhead shower, mirror and accessories.
- Skimming and painting of all non-tiled walls, ceilings and the MDF panelling in moisture-resistant finishes.
A beautifully detailed heritage bathroom renovation completed in New Cross, designed in collaboration with interior designer By Eleanor. The chequerboard floor, wall panelling and traditional brassware were brought together into a timeless, characterful scheme.
