- First-fix plumbing reconfigured to suit the new freestanding bath, walk-in shower, double vanity, WC and bidet layout.
- First-fix electrics for downlighting, the illuminated mirror and extractor ventilation, certified to current regulations.
- Full tanking and waterproofing of the shower zone before tiling.
- Floor-to-ceiling installation of green onyx-effect large-format porcelain tiles with precision-cut mitred edges.
- Installation of the freestanding bath, frameless walk-in shower screen, double wall-hung vanity, WC and bidet.
- Second-fix plumbing and electrics, sealing, snagging and a full clean handover.
