- Formation of a walk-in wet room shower area, fully tanked and waterproofed.
- Plumbing reconfigured for the walk-in shower, wall-hung vanity and WC.
- First-fix electrics for downlighting, extraction and the towel rail.
- Terrazzo-effect tiling to walls and floor.
- Installation of the brushed brass wet room screen, shower, vanity and WC with coordinated brushed brass brassware.
- Second fix, sealing, snagging and clean handover.
A design-led bathroom renovation completed in Clerkenwell, pairing terrazzo-effect tiling with warm brushed brass detailing.
